This day is for current and aspiring Heads of Department. There will be opportunities for sharing of ideas as well as working with a variety of speakers. Features of the day will be the inclusion of social media for discussion forums and the physical networking over lunch at the beautiful Riccarton House.

Cost: $25 for members, $50 for non-members (this will give you membership)
Cost includes morning tea and lunch.
Time: 8.30am - 5pm

Includes a joint NZSA CMA Statistics Education session - Monday 23 Nov 3.30pm - 4.30pm
We are looking for teachers willing to share successful statistics teaching activities. We would like workshops where participants are involved in hands-on activities and where teaching is modeled. Some workshop ideas are here.
There also scope for the presentation to be 30 minutes rather than 1 hour. We need your help to make our day successful. Please email Michelle () by Friday 16 October if you are interested. As a thank you - presenters attend the day for free.
Please also note that because we want to ensure a range of topics and levels we may not be able to accept all volunteers.
